Position Overview: As a Manual Machinist, you will play a crucial role in their production process, responsible for crafting high-quality tools and components to exact specifications. Your craftsmanship will directly contribute to their mission of delivering excellence to clients worldwide. Key Responsibilities: * Operate manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications. * Set up and adjust machines to ensure proper performance and adherence to quality standards. * Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal functionality. * Inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the machining process. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role. * Proficiency in operating manual machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders. * Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. * Ability to interpret technical documents and work with precision measurement tools. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. * Effective problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. * Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
